🌱 Shorts 제작 노트

Spring brings good fortune ✦ 입춘대길

•사용 툴: Hailuo (Agent 기능 포함 최신 업데이트)

 

1. 이번 숏츠를 만들며 느낀 점

2025년 12월 기준,

Hailuo는 Agent 기능을 포함한 대규모 업데이트를 진행했다.

스토리보드 기능,

시작과 끝 이미지를 기준으로 비디오를 확장하는 기능,

여러 이미지를 연결해 하나의 흐름으로 만드는 방식 등

짧은 시간 안에 제작 방식이 크게 달라졌다.

이 숏츠는 그 변화 속에서

정말 여러 번 갈아엎으며 만들어졌다.

에이전트 기능을 이리저리 만져보고,

어떤 구조가 안정적인지 실험하고,

어디서 문제가 생기는지를 계속 확인했다.

그 과정 자체가 이 숏츠의 일부였다.

 

2. AI 제작 환경에 대한 생각

AI는 정말 빠르게

• 기능을 넓히고

• 성능을 끌어올리고

• 표현할 수 있는 영역을 확장해 나가고 있다.

그만큼,

사람은 더 이상 “어떻게 만들 것인가”보다

“무엇을 만들고 싶은가”,

“어떤 흐름과 감정을 설계할 것인가”에

더 많은 에너지를 쓸 수 있게 된 것 같다.

이번 작업을 통해

이전 영상보다 조금 더 자연스럽고, 조금 더 매끄러운

움직임과 연결을 만들 수 있었다고 느낀다.

기술의 진화 덕분에

기획이라는 인간적인 영역이 더 또렷해진 순간이었다.

3. 사용한 주요 제작 방식 (Hailuo Agent)

▶︎ 방식 1

2개의 이미지 (시작 → 끝)로 비디오 생성

• Use image 1 as the start frame

• Use image 2 as the end frame

Style

• Aardman-style stop-motion clay animation

• Handcrafted motion

• Visible clay texture

• Warm daylight of late winter turning into early spring

• No visual transition effects

Character (Strict Consistency)

• Isabella remains the same clay character

• Traditional Korean hanbok

• Short cropped hair only

• No long hair, no bun, no tied hair

• Black sunglasses remain fully opaque

• No visible eyes or eye movement

Action

• Isabella walks slowly down the Bukchon hanok alley

• Calmly taking in the surroundings

• She notices a traditional hanok gate ahead

• She slows down and shows a subtle surprised reaction

(small pause, gentle body response — no exaggerated facial acting)

• She stops in front of the gate and looks at the paper sign

End Frame

• The sign clearly reads: “입춘대길 (立春大吉)”

• Movement must be smooth and continuous

• Final frame matches image 2 exactly

Style & Character

• Same Aardman-style stop-motion clay animation

Action

• Isabella stands in front of the hanok gate

• She looks at the “입춘대길 (立春大吉)” sign

• After a brief pause, she turns away from the gate
